The Event Office will be conveniently located in the Radisson Blu hotel in Hasselt. Teams have the option to book hotel rooms through a provided link by the EOC organization.Within the same hotel complex, there is the 4* Hotel Radisson Blu and a 3* Hotel Park Inn by Radisson in the adjacent tower.
The Radisson Blu Hotel will host the Team Officials meetings and serve as the venue for the event office. In April 2024 a booking link will be published where teams can book rooms. Teams are not obliged to book accommodation with the organisation. A link to the most conventient hotels will be
provided on the EOC2025 website.
