EOC2025 is organised by KONO & Orienteering Vlaanderen on behalf of the International Orienteering Federation (IOF) and the Belgian Orienteering Federation (ABSO/BVOS)
KONO, founded in 2018, has the ambition to raise the level of orienteering in Belgium and to make the orienteering sport better known. EOC2025 fits perfectly in this ambition and KONO will use this European Championship to help the Flemish federation and it’s clubs to spread the joy of running with a map.
ASOM (Antwerp Sprint Orienteering Meeting) is an annual event, organised by the same organisation team as EOC2025. With 10 years of experience in organising World Ranking Events the team had many opportunities to learn and see what top-athletes long for in high level orienteering events.
